This Website, www.thecureforchaos.in (“Website”), is operated by NavNischay Ventures LLP (“Company”), the parent business associated with the TCFC brand. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our Website, including browsing, purchasing products, placing orders and interacting with our content and services. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Website.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date and will take effect subject to applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

TCFC offers kombucha and other beverage products, including fermented tea-based beverages and related products introduced from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices, packaging details and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

  • Product photographs are illustrative. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, packaging or presentation.

  • The taste, aroma, carbonation and other characteristics of fermented beverages may vary naturally between batches.

  • Ingredients, allergen information, nutritional details, shelf life and storage instructions will be provided as applicable to the product and its packaging.

  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

  • Product descriptions and wellness-related information are not medical advice.

Please read the product label and ingredient information before consumption. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions or specific health concerns, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before consuming the product.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or delivery restrictions, subject to applicable law.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, we will initiate an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

4. Prices, Payments and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

The applicable price will ordinarily be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable consumer protection requirements. Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Any applicable GST registration details and tax information will be provided as required by law. No GSTIN is represented in these Terms because the Company's GSTIN has not been provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

TCFC currently intends to fulfil orders through standard courier delivery to eligible delivery addresses.

Delivery timelines displayed during checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, weather, transport disruptions, operational constraints or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. Please ensure that the order can be received at the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts, re-delivery arrangements and any associated charges will be handled in accordance with the disclosed shipping policy and applicable law.

Delivery availability may depend on courier coverage, product requirements and the destination. We reserve the right to restrict delivery where fulfilment is not reasonably possible or product safety cannot be maintained.

Where a product requires refrigeration or temperature-controlled handling, the applicable storage instructions will be provided on the product packaging. Standard courier delivery must not be interpreted as a guarantee of uninterrupted refrigeration unless expressly stated.

Nothing in this section limits customer rights relating to non-delivery, damaged products or other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Storage, Handling and Consumption

Kombucha is a fermented beverage. Its characteristics may differ from those of conventional non-fermented drinks. Customers must follow the storage, handling, expiry or best-before instructions printed on the product packaging.

Where refrigeration is required, the product must be refrigerated as directed. Do not consume a product if it appears spoiled, has compromised packaging, is beyond its applicable date or has been stored contrary to its stated instructions.

Open bottles carefully and follow any additional product-specific directions on the label.

Unless expressly substantiated and stated for the relevant product, TCFC does not represent its products as treatments or cures for medical conditions. Kombucha is not a substitute for prescribed medication, medical treatment or professional medical advice.

If you experience an adverse reaction after consuming a product, discontinue consumption and seek appropriate medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any product safety obligation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because TCFC sells beverages and potentially perishable food products, returns may be subject to product safety and hygiene considerations.

We will review requests involving:

  • Products received damaged or leaking.

  • Incorrect products delivered.

  • Products that appear spoiled or unsafe.

  • Orders that have not been delivered as confirmed.

  • Incorrect or duplicate charges.

Please contact us promptly after identifying an issue. Where possible, retain the packaging, batch details, order confirmation and photographs so that we can investigate. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. We do not promise that all food or beverage products can be returned merely because a customer has changed their mind. This does not restrict any statutory consumer rights or remedies.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank. Customer support email: navnis22@gmail.com A separate, detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy should also be published on the Website if required or appropriate for your online sales operations.
