As our products are fermented beverages that require careful handling and appropriate storage, our return, refund, cancellation, and replacement policies are designed to ensure product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us through our website at www.thecureforchaos.in or by emailing navnis22@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one business day of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund through the original payment method, subject to verification and applicable payment processing timelines.

2. Refund Policy

As TCFC sells fermented beverages, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition.However, if you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or potentially compromised product, please contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers must contact us promptly after delivery and explain the issue.
We may request photographs or videos of the product, bottle, packaging, and delivery condition to help verify the claim.
Each request will be reviewed individually, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection and the reasons for our decision.
Approved store credits will generally be processed within 3–6 business days of approval.
Where a refund is approved, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

3. Perishable Products and Storage

TCFC kombucha is a fermented beverage that requires appropriate handling and refrigeration.

Please refrigerate the product promptly after delivery and follow the storage instructions on the bottle or product packaging.
We cannot ordinarily accept returns of opened, consumed, or improperly stored products, except where required by applicable law or where the product is found to be defective or compromised upon delivery.
If a product arrives leaking, damaged, unusually spoiled, or otherwise appears unsafe to consume, please do not consume it. Contact us with the relevant details and supporting photographs, where possible.
Claims relating to product quality or delivery damage will be assessed individually.

4. Sale Items and Promotional Orders

Products purchased under a sale, discount, or promotional offer are generally not eligible for return solely due to a change of mind. However, eligible claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised products will be considered in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

We may offer a replacement if a product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, leaking, or otherwise compromised.

To request a replacement:

Include photographs or videos of the product and its packaging, where possible.
Wait for confirmation from our customer support team before disposing of or returning the product. For food safety reasons, please do not send any product back unless our team specifically instructs you to do so. Where a replacement is not feasible, we may offer an appropriate alternative resolution.

6. Shipping and Return Costs

For approved claims involving products delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised, TCFC will determine an appropriate resolution, including any applicable return or replacement shipping arrangements.

Customers are generally responsible for shipping costs associated with voluntary returns or cancellations after dispatch, where such returns are permitted.

Because kombucha is a perishable beverage, customers should not ship products back without prior written authorization from TCFC.
